Ion Exchange allots 4000 Equity Shares

Ion Exchange India Ltd has announced that the Employees' Stock Option Compensation Committee Meeting held on October 27, 2009, the Committee allotted 4000 equity shares to employees of the Company, pursuant to stock options exercised under the Employees' Stock Option Scheme ESOS 2008.

The stock closed the day at Rs.113.30, down by Rs.4.65 or 3.94%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.122 and low of Rs.112.30.

The total traded quantity was 10907 compared to 2 week average of 18188.
