Orbit Corporation allots 775673 Equity Shares

Orbit Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2009, inter alia, has issued and allotted 775,673 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 51.22 per Equity share, pursuant to the conversion of warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.229.10, down by Rs.6.60 or 2.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.234.40 and low of Rs.223.95.
