GEI Industrial Systems allots CCDs

GEI Industrial Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of GEI Power Ltd. (Wholly Owned Subsidiary of GEI Industrial Systems Ltd.) has allotted 1000 Compulsorily Convertible Debentures of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) each at par aggregating to Rs. 10 Crores, to Banyantree Growth Capital L.L.C., Mauritius.

The stock closed the day at Rs.70.50, down by Rs.1.05 or 1.47%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.72.50 and low of Rs.69.60.

The total traded quantity was 15615 compared to 2 week average of 31655.
