Redington India allots 11860 Equity Shares

Redington India Ltd has announced that the ESOP Share Allotment Committee of the Directors of the Company has considered and approved on October 24, 2009, the allotment of 11,860 (Eleven Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Only) equity shares of Rs. 10/- at a premium of Rs. 120/- per share pursuant to exercise of options granted under 'Redington (India) Ltd - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2008'.

The stock was trading at Rs.272, down by Rs.10.05 or 3.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.283.40 and low of Rs.267.
