Oudh Sugar to consider conversion of warrants on Oct 30, 2009

Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Finance & Corporate Affairs Committee of the Company will be held on October 30, 2009, inter alia, to approve allotment of Equity Shares to Warrant holders on conversion of Detachable Warrants into Equity Shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.73.55, down by Rs.1.75 or 2.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.75.50 and low of Rs.73.25.
