Mastek allots 3744 shares

Mastek Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on October 20, 2009, has allotted 3,744 equity shares under ESOP and the paid-up share capital has subsequently increased to 2,69,13,198 shares and the Paid up Share Capital is Rs. 13,45,65,990.

The stock closed the day at Rs.275.90, up by Rs.8.10 or 3.02%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.279 and low of Rs.266.05.

The total traded quantity was 14269 compared to 2 week average of 17874.
