Polaris Software allots 66700 Equity Shares under ASOP Scheme

Polaris Software Lab Ltd has announced that the Shareholders' Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 20, 2009 has allotted 66,700 Equity Shares to the employees of the Company under the Associate Stock Option Plan 2003.

The stock was trading at Rs.150.50, up by Rs.2.50 or 1.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.152.30 and low of Rs.147.30.

The total traded quantity was 505431 compared to 2 week average of 389756.
