Investment by FIIs in the shares of Mahindra Gesco reaches 30% limit

Mahindra Gesco Developers Ltd has announced that as per the latest download of beneficiary positions made available to the Company by the Depositories (NSDL & CDSL), as of December 22, 2006, the holdings of FIIs in the Company has reached the limit of 30% of the paid-up equity capital.
