Gee Kay Finance to consider conversion of OCPS on Oct 21, 2009

Gee Kay Finance & Leasing Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 21, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve the conversion of OCPS as per recd. application.

The Board will also consider conversion of conversion of 2500000 warrants at an exercise price of Rs. 88.25 per equity share.

The stock closed the day at Rs.401.80, up by Rs.19.10 or 4.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.401.80 and low of Rs.385.

The total traded quantity was 5587 compared to 2 week average of 55409.
