Lincoln Pharmaceuticals allots 2400000 Equity Shares on Preferential basis

Lincoln Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 15, 2009, has allotted 24,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at premium of Rs. 17/- per share to the six different entities on a preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.31, up by Rs.0.60 or 1.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.30 and low of Rs.30.65.

The total traded quantity was 13440 compared to 2 week average of 20814.
