Comp U Learn to consider conversion of warrants on Oct 15, 2009

Comp U Learn Tech India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 15, 2009, inter alia, to consider conversion of Equity Share Warrants into Equity Shares, which were allotted on preferential allotment basis on April 16, 2008.
