Classic Diamonds allots 750000 shares

Classic Diamonds India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 09, 2009, has allotted 7,50,000 Equity shares at a price of Rs. 13/- each (Rs. 2/- face value + Rs. 11/- premium) arising out of Preferential Warrants.

Kumar C. Bhansali (Promoter) was allotted 375000 shares and Nirav K. Bhansali (Promoter) was allotted 375000 shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.22.65 down by Rs 0.45 or 1.95%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs 23.25 and intraday low of Rs 22.

The total traded quantity was 54573 compared to 2 week average of 115709.
