Gruh Finance allots 10000 Shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company on October 08, 2009, allotted 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 34,66,69,600 consisting 3,46,66,960 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.204, up by Rs.0.20 or 0.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.208 and low of Rs.203.55.

The total traded quantity was 2455 compared to 2 week average of 25764.
