Moser Baer India Ltd has announced that with reference to the announcement made by the Company, in relation to its repurchase of FCCBs on September 25, 2009 and September 29, 2009.Under Tranche A, the company repurchased 15 bonds on September 24, 2009. The Repurchase Price was (USD) 952,500.

Under Tranche B, the company repurchased 10 bonds on September 24, 2009. The Repurchase Price was (USD) 635,000.

Under Tranche B, the company repurchased 50 bonds on September 25, 2009. The Repurchase Price was (USD) 3,550,000.

The stock closed the day at Rs.89.15, down by Rs.1.30 or 1.44%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.91.50 and low of Rs.89.05.

The total traded quantity was 260743 compared to 2 week average of 690847.
