Uniphos Enterprises to raise upto Rs 100 crores

Uniphos Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 07, 2009, inter alia, has taken the decision to initiate steps for raising funds not exceeding Rs. 100 crores and to explore with the Merchant Bankers / Advisors the most expeditious way of raising funds and to seek the approval of the shareholders of the Company by way of an enabling resolution of funds raising through various instruments.

The stock closed the day at Rs.34.50, up by Rs.1.55 or 4.70%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34.55 and low of Rs.32.90.

The total traded quantity was 32430 compared to 2 week average of 12791.
