Ind Swift to approves issue of 40 lakh warrants on Oct 08, 2009

Ind Swift Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 08, 2009, inter alia, to consider and approve 40,00,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Warrants on preferential basis to M/s. Essix Bio-Sciences Ltd. as approved by the shareholders at the Annual General meting of the Company held on September 24, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.26.85, down by Rs.1.25 or 4.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.28.40 and low of Rs.26.75.

The total traded quantity was 19079 compared to 2 week average of 58569.
