Dr Reddys Laboratories allots 41140 Equity Shares and 15282 ADRs to employees on exercise of ESOP

Dr Reddys Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Governance & Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted the following equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company on October 05, 2009, to Employees on exercise of their Stock Options.

41,140 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company pursuant to Dr. Reddy's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2002.

15,282 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each underlying 15,282 ADRs of the Company pursuant to Dr. Reddy's Employees ADR Stock Option Scheme, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.920.65, down by Rs.31.60 or 3.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.938.45 and low of Rs.916.55.

The total traded quantity was 85592 compared to 2 week average of 203286.
