Veer Energy to consider raising funds on Oct 09, 2009

Veer Energy & Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 09, 2009, inter alia, to consider the various proposals to raise the funds for proposed 200MW wind farm development project in the state of Gujarat.

The stock was trading at Rs.18.60, down by Rs.1.90 or 9.27%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.50 and low of Rs.18.50.

The total traded quantity was 2042736 compared to 2 week average of 2980692.
