Thinksoft Global Services IPO subscription at 2.57 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Thinksoft Global Services Ltd which opened for subscription on September 22, 2009 has received subscription of 2.57 times with bids for 9370900 equity shares against the offer of 3646000 equity shares. The issue has received subscription for 4296200 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue bids for 565200 equity shares against the offer of 1823000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.3100 times.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received bids for 3310250 equity shares against the offer of 546900 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 6.0528 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 4.3064 times with bids for 5495450 equity shares against the offer of 1276100 equity shares.
