Advanta India to consider raising funds on Oct 07, 2009

Advanta India Ltd has announced that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 07, 2009, inter alia, to consider, the raising of funds for the various corporate plans of the Company and to decide the pattern and manner of raising the funds for the same.

The stock closed the day at Rs.601.05, up by Rs.38.25 or 6.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.609 and low of Rs.562.

The total traded quantity was 16785 compared to 2 week average of 6341.
