Money Matters Financial Services Commences First Warrant Exercise Period

Money Matters Financial Services Ltd has announced that the Company had vide its Letter of Offer dated February 21, 2009 had issued 1,80,00,400 warrants. The said warrants are due for conversion from the period commencing after completion of 6th month from the date of allotment i.e. March 27, 2009 upto 18th Month from the date of allottment (i.e. September 27. 2009 - September 26, 2010). The first Conversion of the warrant exercise period commences from September 27, 2009 and ends on December 26, 2009.

As per the terms of the issue of warrants the warrants shall be converted at an exercise price which is calculated as below:
- Warrant exercise price shall be at a discount of 20% to the market price subject to a minimum of Rs 10/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.118.90, up by Rs.1.55 or 1.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.119.95 and low of Rs.112.

The total traded quantity was 1907 compared to 2 week average of 2722.
