Banco Products allots 9440000 shares on merger

Banco Products (India) Ltd has announced that the Company has made allotment of 94,40,000 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each to the Shareholders of Transferor Company in terms of approval its merger with the Company.

The 8921350 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each held by the Transferor Company in the Company stand cancelled in terms of approval its merger with the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.46.95, up by Rs.0.95 or 2.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.50 and low of Rs.45.10.

The total traded quantity was 52969 compared to 2 week average of 68627.
