Glenmark Pharmaceuticals arm Glenmark Generics files DRHP for IPO

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the subsidiary Glenmark Generics Ltd has, on September 30, 2009, filed the Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with SEBI for an Initial Public Offer.

The Glenmark Pharmaceuticals stock closed the day at Rs.237.50, up by Rs.2.60 or 1.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.239.90 and low of Rs.234.50.

The total traded quantity was 763735 compared to 2 week average of 738887.
