Zensar Technologies allots 2070 Equity Shares

Zensar Technologies Ltd has announced that on exercise of Stock Option by Employees of the Company, the Compensation Committee of the Directors has allotted fully paid up 2,070 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the said employees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.220.75, down by Rs.5.65 or 2.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.226.80 and low of Rs.219.15.

The total traded quantity was 18241 compared to 2 week average of 17362.
