Tech Mahindra allots NCDs worth Rs 300 crores

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the Company on September 24, 2009 has allotted 3,000 Rated, Taxable, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of the face value of Rs. 10 Lakhs each aggregating to Rs. 300 Crores.

The stock closed the day at Rs.893.50, down by Rs.8.35 or 0.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.901 and low of Rs.881.50.

The total traded quantity was 69132 compared to 2 week average of 185312.
