BNK Capital Markets allots 800000 Equity Shares against Warrants

BNK Capital Markets Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors appointed for the purposes on September 23, 2009 have allotted 800000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 36/- per Shares for the promoters against their right of allotment of Equity Shares attached with the warrants.

Ajit Kumar Khandelwal was allotted 6,50,000 shares, Sanjeev Kumar Khandelwal was allotted 1,00,000 shares and Asian Securities Exchange Pvt. Ltd was allotted 50,000 shares.

The stock was trading at Rs.41.50, down by Rs.1.65 or 3.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43.10 and low of Rs.41.

The total traded quantity was 3742 compared to 2 week average of 22824.
