Aban Offshore allots 8860 Equity Shares

Aban Offshore Ltd has announced that the Committee on September 19, 2009, has allotted 8860 (Eight Thousand eight hundred and sixty only) Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each under Employee Stock Options Scheme (ESOS 2005). The above allotment includes 6800 shares were allotted to two Deputy Managing Directors.

The stock was trading at Rs.1596, up by Rs.3.30 or 0.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1624 and low of Rs.1580.
