Pipavav Shipyard IPO receives subscription of 8.25 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Pipavav Shipyard Limited has garnered subscription of 8.25 times. The IPO opened for subscription on Wednesday - September 16, 2009 and closed on Friday - September 18, 2009.

The IPO has received subscription of 8.25 times with bids for 578711540 equity shares against the total offer of 70177275 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 66088770 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 10.6300 times with bids for 378824490 equity shares against the offer of 35637185 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received bids for 125707230 equity shares against the offer of 8485022 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 14.8152 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 2.8958 times with bids for 73713750 equity shares against the offer of 25455068 equity shares.

The Employee Reservation portion of the issue has received bids for 466070 equity shares against the offer of 600000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.7768 times.
