HDFC allots 27530 Equity Shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on September 18, 2009, allotted 27,530 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 284,81,10,750 consisting 28,48,11,075 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2536.50, down by Rs.20.95 or 0.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2562.95 and low of Rs.2500.

The total traded quantity was 215369 compared to 2 week average of 73064.
