Tech Mahindra allots 77560 Equity Shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on September 16, 2009 for issue and allotment of a total of 77,560 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants.

9,470 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 (ESOP 2000).

68,090 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).

The stock closed the day at Rs.910.10, up by Rs.8.20 or 0.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.949 and low of Rs.904.25.

The total traded quantity was 163762 compared to 2 week average of 288010.
