Cubex Tubings to allot 7 lakh shares

Cubex Tubings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2009, inter alia, has proposed to offer, issue and allot 700000 equity shares on preferential basis to the promoters/promoters group.

The stock was trading at Rs.17.25, up by Rs.0.65 or 3.92%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.30 and low of Rs.16.30.

The total traded quantity was 19842 compared to 2 week average of 15307.
