Compact Disc approves conversion of 478525 warrants at Rs 100

Compact Disc India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 15, 2009, has approved the conversion of 478525 warrants issued at a price of Rs. 100/- each to Pariscope Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (name changed from Pariscope Pictures Pvt. Ltd.), into 478525 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to be issued at a premium of Rs. 90/- per share. This will increase the paid-up capital of the Company by Rs. 47,85,250/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.71.80, up by Rs.1.30 or 1.84%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.72.85 and low of Rs.70.95.

The total traded quantity was 73428 compared to 2 week average of 88042.
