Koffee Break converts 50 lakh warrants into equity shares

Koffee Break Pictures Ltd has announced that the committee in their meeting held on September 11, 2009, converted 50,00,000 warrants into 50,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each at a price of Rs. 2.1/- including premium of Rs. 1.1/- per share at cash to the allottees.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2.90, down by Rs.0.10 or 3.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.3.11 and low of Rs.2.85.

The total traded quantity was 119102 compared to 2 week average of 340456.
