Real Strips Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 16, 2009, to consider issue of Securities on Preferential basis to Promoters and / or Strategic Investors.

The stock closed the day at Rs.50, down by Rs.1.45 or 2.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.53 and low of Rs.49.20.
