Grasim Industries allots 522 shares

Grasim Industries Ltd has announced that the Shareholders Grievance / Allotment & Transfer Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 522 (Five Hundred and Twenty-two only) Equity Shares on September 07, 2009 under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006. The said 522 Shares shall rank pan passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respect.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2596.95, down by Rs.53.15 or 2.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2652 and low of Rs.2590.

The total traded quantity was 15714 compared to 2 week average of 18957.
