Hiran Orgochem approves allotment of 42002400 bonus shares

Hiran Orgochem Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 14, 2009, inter alia, has considered and approved allotment of an aggregate of 4,20,02,400 Bonus Equity Shares (in the ratio of 4 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up for every 1 equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid) to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as on Record date determined for the purpose.

The stock was trading at Rs.12, up by Rs.0.55 or 4.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12 and low of Rs.11.45.

The total traded quantity was 146836 compared to 2 week average of 48926.
