Punj Lloyd allots 46948 Shares

Punj Lloyd Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors in its meeting held on September 07, 2009, has allotted 46,948 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2005 and 33,260 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the eligible employees under ESOP 2006 of the Company.
