Kotawala India Ltd board approves acquisition of Hotel Sunflower Beach Resort

Kotawala India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2006 has approved acquisition of Hotel Sunflower Beach Resort, Calangute Bega, Goa.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board of Directors authorized to Mr. S N Sharma to take all necessary action and to do all such act to sign, execute and submit and received all papers, documents, agreement and obtain necessary papers on behalf of the Company and all other acts and deeds done by Company.
