Compact Disc India to consider conversion of warrants on Sep 15, 2009

Compact Disc India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 15, 2009, inter alia, to consider the conversion of 478525 warrants and issuance of 478525 equity shares of Rs. 10/ - each on a premium of Rs. 90/- per share, in lieu thereof.

The stock was trading at Rs.72.85, up by Rs.5.20 or 7.69%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.74.95 and low of Rs.68.80.

The total traded quantity was 232980 compared to 2 week average of 122757.
