Vora Constructions allots 17.50 lakh warrants

Vora Constructions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 04, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 17,50,000 Optionally Convertible Warrants as approved in the ECM of the Company held on August 31, 2009 and in terms of in-Principle Approval of regulatory authority.
