DLF allots 21690 Equity Shares

DLF Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on August 31, 2009 allotted 21,690 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- arising out of exercise of stock options by the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Options Scheme, 2006. These shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all respect.

The stock closed the day at Rs.412.85, up by Rs.1.05 or 0.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.420.90 and low of Rs.411.10.

The total traded quantity was 2289261 compared to 2 week average of 3291503.
