Globus Spirits IPO receives subscription of 1.50 times

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Globus Spirits Limited has received subscription of 1.50 times as on 5:00 PM - September 2, 2009. The IPO has received bids for 11243960 equity shares against the offer of 7500000 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 2522450 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.8590 times with bids for 3199770 equity shares against the offer of 3725000 equity shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion of the issue has received bids for 5319790 equity shares against the offer of 1117500 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 4.7604 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 1.0264 times with bids for 2676240 equity shares against the offer of 2607500 equity shares.

The Employee Reservation portion has received subscription of 48160 equity shares against the offer of 50000 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 0.9632 times.
