EID Parry allots 13410 Equity Shares

EID Parry India Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 13410 equity shares arising out of exercise of employee stock options, granted under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, with this allotment the number of equity shares outstanding is 8,62,22,108 and the paid-up equity share capital is Rs. 17,24,44,216/-.

The stock closed the day at Rs.333.80, up by Rs.2.20 or 0.66%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.339 and low of Rs.326.95.

The total traded quantity was 48480 compared to 2 week average of 93185.
