Elpro International to consider conversion of warrants on Sep 10, 2009

Elpro International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 10, 2009, to consider issue of Equity Shares upon exercise of rights in the Convertible warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.577, up by Rs.24.75 or 4.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.577 and low of Rs.551.40.

The total traded quantity was 15589 compared to 2 week average of 1606.
