Lesha Energy Resources Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 85,71,000 Convertible Warrants of Rs 35/- each to the other than Promoters' on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.45.50, up by Rs.2.15 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.45.50 and low of Rs.45.50.
