ICICI Bank allots 30158 Equity Shares

ICICI Bank Ltd has announced that the Bank has allotted 30,158 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on August 31, 2009 under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000. (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.737, down by Rs.7.70 or 1.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.744.70 and low of Rs.724.
