Mold Tek Technologies to issue shares, warrants on preferential basis

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 01, 2009, inter alia, has considered and accepted the proposal to issue 2,00,000 Equity Shares to the Employees under "Moldtek Technologies Ltd - Employees Stock Options Scheme" in accordance with SEBI (Employees Stock Option Scheme and Employees Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.

The approved issue of 2,00,000 Equity Shares and 1,00,000 Fully convertible Warrants on Preferential basis to Darashaw & Company Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai at a price of Rs. 80/- per share / fully convertible warrant.

The Board approved issue of 50,000 Equity Shares and 50,000 Fully Convertible Warrants on Preferential basis to other Investors at a price of Rs. 80/- per share / fully convertible warrant.

The Board approved issue of 4,25,000 fully convertible warrants to promoters and promoters group and 3,05,000 fully convertible warrants to other Investors on preferential basis at a price of Rs. 78/- per fully convertible warrant.

The stock closed the day at Rs.79.55, down by Rs.4.15 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.84.40 and low of Rs.79.55.

The total traded quantity was 21067 compared to 2 week average of 23271.
