Ind Swift approves issue of 40 lakh warrants

Ind Swift Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2009, inter alia, has approved the preferential issue of 40,00,000 convertible warrants to promoters group to be issued on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.26.40. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.26.60 and low of Rs.25.40.

The total traded quantity was 51733 compared to 2 week average of 80262.
