Tatia Global Vennture to issue securities

Tatia Global Vennture Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 31, 2009, inter alia, has approved the proposal to increase the authorized share capital of the Company from the present Rs. 15,00,00,000 (Rupees Fifteen crores only) To Rs. 30,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty crore only) subject to the approval of the shareholders, and other statutory authorities.

The Board will issue up to 1,50,00,000 (One crore fifty lakhs only) warrants, convertible in to equity shares on a preferential basis to promoters and to group of persons other than promoters at price as determined according to the norms as specified in chapter XIII of the SEBI (DIP) Guidelines 2000 and subject to the approval of the shareholders, stock exchanges and other statutory authorities.

Further the Company has informed that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company Proposed to be held on September 30, 2009, to seek shareholders approval for the said resolutions apart from other special and ordinary business.

The stock closed the day at Rs.14.26, down by Rs.0.74 or 4.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.15.75 and low of Rs.14.26.

The total traded quantity was 138 compared to 2 week average of 422.
