Gayatri Projects to consider preferential allotment to Reliance Infrastructure Fund

Gayatri Projects Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 08, 2009, inter alia, for considering the allotment of 10,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 175/- per share - on preferential basis to M/s. "RELIANCE CAPITAL TRUSTEE Co. LTD - RELIANCE INFRASTRUCTURE FUND."
